Last Updated: September 1, 2026. Please read this agreement governing the provision and use of HashForge hosted mining services.
1. Scope of Hosted Mining Service
HashForge provides leased computational capacity (hashpower) from physical ASIC hardware operated in commercial data center facilities. Subscribing to a plan grants you entitlement to the rewards generated by your designated hashpower allocation.
2. 99.9% Uptime & Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We maintain an audited 99.9% hardware and power uptime guarantee. If physical hardware failure causes downtime exceeding 60 consecutive minutes for your allocation, HashForge will credit the missed hashing time plus an additional 5% compensatory hashrate credit for the billing period.
3. Transparent Monthly Pricing & No Hidden Deductions
Monthly plan fees represent the total cost of service. HashForge will never apply hidden maintenance, electrical tariff, or cooling surcharges. Subscriptions renew automatically month-to-month and can be canceled at any time with zero penalty.
4. Disclaimer of Financial Return Guarantees
Cryptocurrency mining outputs are subject to global network difficulty fluctuations and market price volatility. HashForge guarantees the delivery of contracted hashpower (TH/s); it cannot guarantee specific fiat currency investment returns. Mining is not an investment security or deposit product.
